A hot, melty marshmallow topped with choc chips and banana and smushed onto biscuits. Bring it on!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 12 SPAR Coconut biscuits
  • 12 SQUILLOS marshmallows
  • ½ cup choc chips
  • 2 SPAR Freshline bananas, sliced

Recipe Method

BRAAI METHOD

  1. Braai the marshmallows on a skewer tick over the braai.
  2. When charred and melted place on a biscuit and top with choc chips and banana slices.

MICROWAVE METHOD

  1. Place 6 biscuits on a microwave proof plate.
  2. Top with an individual marshmallow on each biscuit and a few choc chips.
  3. Microwave on high for +- 15 – 20 seconds until marshmallows puff up.
  4. Gently bring them out the microwave and top with 2 slices of banana.
  5. Repeat with the other 6 biscuits.
  6. Enjoy while hot and oozing.
